Terms of use

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 2 October 2026

The Arabic version of this text is the authoritative version; the English version is for information only.

These terms govern the use of the website businesseye.app (the website) operated by Medina Camps Consulting Company. By using the website you agree to these terms. They do not cover the BusinessEye service itself, which is governed by a separate contract signed with each shop.

1. Content and prices

The website provides general information about BusinessEye and its packages. Prices, packages and features shown are for information only, are not a binding offer and may change. A contract is concluded only by signing a written contract; the prices and terms in that contract, including VAT, then apply.

2. Intellectual property

All content of the website - including texts, designs, logos, the BusinessEye brand and screen images - is owned by or licensed to Medina Camps Consulting Company and protected by the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom. It may not be copied, modified or republished for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

3. Permitted use

The website may only be used lawfully. In particular, it is prohibited to:

  • attempt to disrupt the website or our systems or to access them without authorisation;
  • collect content or data automatically in a way that burdens the website or for unlawful purposes;
  • use the website in a way that violates the laws or public morals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to other services, such as WhatsApp or the BusinessEye system. We do not control the content of external websites and are not responsible for it; their operators' terms apply.

5. Liability

We strive to keep the website available and its content accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Medina have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

7. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you use the website applies.
