We respect your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit businesseye.app or contact us, for what purpose, and what your rights are. It has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 9/2/1443H, as amended by Royal Decree No. (M/148) dated 5/9/1444H, its Implementing Regulations and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom.

The controller responsible for processing your personal data is: Medina Camps Consulting Company, Al Madinah, Al Mabuth District, Saudi Arabia. Contact for data protection matters: info@businesseye.app, phone: +966 57 314 9047.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to this website only. Our customers' use of the BusinessEye app and system is governed by the contract and the service's own privacy policy.
3. Data we process
This website has no contact forms and no user accounts, and we use no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking tools. We only process the following data:
- Technical access data: when you open the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the pages, such as IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser and device type, and the referring page.
- Language preference: when you switch the language, we store your choice in a technically necessary cookie (see the cookies page).
- Embedded live screen: the screen preview is loaded from our own system (system.businesseye.app), where the same technical access data is processed to display it.
- Contacting us: if you write to us via WhatsApp or email or call us, we process what you send us, such as your name, phone number, message and type of business.
4. Purposes and basis of processing
- Delivering the website securely and reliably and detecting abuse: based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, without processing sensitive data.
- Remembering your chosen language: to provide the website in the way you requested.
- Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer or contract at your request: because processing is necessary to fulfil your request and take pre-contractual steps, or based on your consent when you contact us.
We do not sell your personal data, do not use it for marketing without your consent, and do not make automated decisions about you.
5. Recipients and transfer outside the Kingdom
- Hosting provider: Vercel Inc. hosts this website, and its servers may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Technical access data is therefore transferred outside the Kingdom to the extent necessary to operate the website, in accordance with Article 29 of the Law and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom, with appropriate safeguards.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the message is also subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy and may be processed outside the Kingdom.
- Authorities: only where we are legally obliged.
6. Retention
- Technical access data: for a short period set by the hosting provider for operation and security, then deleted.
- Language cookie: one year, or until you delete it in your browser.
- Correspondence: as long as needed to answer your request and perform any resulting contract, then destroyed unless the law requires us to keep it longer (such as commercial and tax records).
7. Data security
We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we protect your data in line with good practice.
8. Your rights
The Personal Data Protection Law gives you the following rights:
- The right to be informed about how and why your data is collected and processed.
- The right to access your personal data held by us.
- The right to obtain a copy of your data in a clear and readable format.
- The right to request correction, completion or updating of your data.
- The right to request destruction of your data once it is no longer needed.
- The right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise your rights, write to info@businesseye.app. We will verify your identity and respond within the periods set out in the Implementing Regulations.
9. Complaints
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the Law, you can contact us first, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority: the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
10. Minors
This website is aimed at shop and business owners and is not directed at persons under 18.
